M.R:

» Should have excellent detailing, communication and presentation skills.

Area Sales Manager:
The candidate should be a graduate in Pharmacy or Science.
- » The candidate would be responsible for the overall revenues/sales of the territory assigned.
- » Should have at least 3 years of experience out of which 2 years of experience as a 1st Line Manager.
- » Must have at least 2 years of experience in Gynaecology portfolio.
- » Should have handled a team size of at least 4-6 Medical Representatives successfully with 100% achievement of targets.
- » Should have launched new products/brands and should be capable of expanding business in the assigned territories.
- » Should be capable of monitoring reportees and should ensure that the entire team achieves the given targets.
- » Should have excellent customer connections and should drive business goals by maintaining good relations with the KOLs.
- » Knowledge of all important doctors in the assigned territory in the respective therapeutic area is mandatory.
- » Should be passionate, goal-driven and should ensure consistency in self and team performance
- » Should be good team manager and orient the team towards target and goals.
Regional Sales Manager:
- » The candidate would be responsible for the overall revenues/sales of the territory assigned.
- » The prospective candidate should be a graduate preferably from Pharmacy or Science background.
- » A degree/diploma/certification course in marketing/sales would be an added advantage.
- » Should have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- » Experience in the Consultant portfolio of at least 5 years is mandatory.
- » Should be well versed with the territory assigned and should know all the prominent doctors in the territory.
- » Should have lead a team of 1st Line Managers and MR’s for a minimum period of 2 years.
- » Should have handled a team size of at least 15-25 members successfully.
- » Should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- » Should be an excellent motivator and leader enabling his team to achieve the targets successfully and consistently.
- » Should implement the HO strategies successfully on the field through 1st line Managers and MRs.
Zonal Sales Manager:
- » The candidate would be responsible for the overall revenues/sales of the territory assigned.
- » The candidate should be a Graduate preferably from Pharmacy or Science background.
- » Should have at least 12 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- » A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Consultant segments .
- » Should have a positive attitude and ready to take up new challenges.
- » The candidate should have the capabilities to launch new products successfully in the assigned territory.
- » Should have worked with leading Stockists and Chemists in his respective territory.
- » The candidate should be result and goal oriented and should be a great initiator.
- » Should possess good leadership and people management skills with excellent written and oral communication.
- » Should take additional initiatives to expand the business of the company.
- » Should have a proven track record of achieving business targets in all his previous organizations.
- » The candidate should be high on integrity and values.
Product manager:
- » The candidate would be responsible for the overall revenues/sales of the territory assigned.
- » The candidate should be at least a post graduate in Pharmacy or an MBBS.
- » Should have a minimum experience of 3-5 years in Medico Marketing/Medical Affairs.
- » Should have conducted training sessions for PMT & Sales on topics relevant to therapy area/competitor snapshots/upcoming drugs.
- » Should provide Medical Inputs & Medical Literature to the Marketing team for Promotion.
- » Should have the experience in Resolution of queries on brand / disease / therapy area from Doctors / Regional sales force personnel / PMT on a regular basis.
- » The candidate is expected to provide latest medical literature to the PMT team on a regular basis for the creation of product literature.
